Founded in 2015
Casatech was founded in Ann Arbor by Micah, a University of Michigan grad, and Mitch, a Michigan State grad who worked together in a research lab. They realized that few options exist for honest, reliable, and personal on-site tech support. So they decided to put aside their school rivalry and do something about it.
Where does our name come from?
Computer Assistance, Solutions and Accessibility.
Casa also means house in Spanish, a good fit because we come to you!
Grandma: Client Zero
Lorraine, Micah's 95 year old grandmother, was our first client. Her ability to learn to use an iPad and iPhone at 90, despite significant visual impairment, convinced the founders that anyone can learn today's technology. When they saw how much staying connected improved her quality of life, they were inspired to create a customer-focused service to help others – no matter their age or ability – to master computers and mobile devices.
Meet The Founders
Micah Warschausky is the Co-Founder and CEO of Casatech. Micah is a native Ann Arbor-ite and University of Michigan alumnus. He discovered that his knack for computers could be used to help the people who need it most, especially older adults and persons with disabilities. When he's not disrupting the on-site tech support industry, he enjoys traveling to Spanish-speaking countries, writing satire, cooking, and the look on Mitch's face when the Wolverines beat the Spartans.
Mitchell Belanger is the Co-Founder and President of Casatech. Mitchell injects his computer skill and mental acuity into the daily operations of Casatech. Mitchell graduated from Michigan State University in 2014 with degrees in Biology and Psychology. After spending 3 years in clinical research Mitchell transitioned into the field of computer science and programming where he saw an opportunity to combine his passion for technology and helping others. He and Micah met when they were coworkers at the University of Michigan where they became quick compatriots on the road to innovation.
Enzo, a poodle / briard cross, is the Director of Canine Technology at Casatech. In addition to providing emotional support and sound business advice, Enzo leads the Feline Outreach Club and Inter-Species Technology Council (ISTC).
See What Our Clients Say
Micah and Mitchell have both been extremely helpful to me and my small business. Initially, they built me a beautiful new website to replace my tired, aging, original version, and then, they taught me personally how to make small updates and changes on the site as-needed without having to call in technical support.
Most recently, they have worked with me to solve technical problems in my business as they have come up which has allowed me to work both more efficiently, and, to keep business flowing effectively. I trust and rely on Casatech services frequently and view them as an important part of my company’s support team. I highly recommend this company and have referred a number of my clients their way!
