Payment Methods 

We accept checks and all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Read The Fine Print

  • On-site visits have a one hour minimum. Additional time is rounded up to the next half hour.

  • Remote support sessions are billed in half hour increments, rounding up to the next half hour.

  • Some services, such as TV mounting, have a fixed cost negotiated before beginning work.

  • A destination fee between $10 and $30 may be charged in addition to the hourly rate for clients located more than 20 minutes from Ann Arbor. Please contact us to learn more about the destination fee and if it applies to you.

  • An emergency service fee may be assessed for urgent appointments requiring a response within an hour. A fee will be assessed if we need to reschedule another client. We will inform you before starting work if such a fee applies.

  • Cancellation is allowed 24 hours before an appointment, otherwise a fee equal to one hour of the scheduled appointment type will be charged.

  • Casatech can procure hardware and software for an additional fee. A Casatech representative will give you an estimate and get your authorization before making any purchase.
